Farm to Bath
Rosemary Lavender Soap
I've incorporated my two favorite herbs, lavender and rosemary, into this soap. With its wonderful earthy, sweet scent, it’s quickly becoming a fan favorite.
Lavender is the main flower grown on the farm because of its wonderful health benefits and beauty. Rosemary is a native western plant and can’t survive the harsh northeast winters. However, I’ve found that my plants thrive in my greenhouse aquaponics system in winter. I, therefore, propagate organic rosemary from several “Mother” plants, plant them outside during our growing season and, before the first killing frost, harvest everything and start the process all over again. I have the best of both worlds!
Ingredients: rosemary-infused olive oil, coconut oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, goat’s milk, dried lavender buds and rosemary, essential oil.
